Top prize: $500 savings bond and essay sent to district level to compete for college scholarships.

This year's Oratorical Contest topic is: "How my Optimism Helps me Overcome Obstacles”

Kutztown Middle School Library - Tuesday, February 28 @ 7PM     (Snowdate - Wed. Feb. 29th)

Deadline:  Contestants may show up the night of the contest to enter or mail applications to Jason Feiertag, 100 Stump Road, Kutztown, PA 19530.
